About Heritage

As highly skilled craftsmen we specialise in the conservation and restoration of heritage buildings and monuments, taking pride in restoring them to their former glory so they can be enjoyed for years to come.

From the beginning of our careers we have worked hard to be the best and gain recognition within the industry for our exceptional quality of craftsmanship. Our reputation for professional project management skills precedes us, and we have been trusted to work on some of England’s finest heritage buildings.

At the heart of Heritage Conservation Restoration Ltd lies stonemasonry, roofing and lead work, and we also offer lime pointing, lime plastering, carpentry and joinery. In addition, we are also fully approved Thermatech operators meaning we can carry out the cleaning facades of masonry as required. All of our trades are in-house, so our clients only need to work with one company rather than several contractors, helping make our projects run efficiently, on time and within budget.

We take pride in building strong working relations with all our clients and architects, establishing a good rapport and creating trust in our company to complete the works to the highest standard possible.
Heritage work hard to ensure any disruptions are kept to a minimum throughout the duration of all of our projects. We make every effort to get to know the daily routine of the churches and cathedrals we work on, ensuring our work does not impact on any events, services or other activities.

We produce monthly progress reports on-site to keep our client team informed about how the project is running. In addition to this, we have weekly inspections of work with architects to discuss any issues that may arise, ensuring these are dealt with promptly to avoid any delays.

At the end of each month, we carry out a full evaluation of each of our projects which includes a cost report with an estimate of final account to help ensure our projects remain within budget. These reports are shared with the quantity surveyor acting on behalf of each client so all parties are aware of the financial status of the projects at all times.

Heritage Conservation Restoration Ltd believe in carrying out projects in a safe manner. We are fully CHAS and Construction Line registered and employ our own external Health and Safety Coordinator to assess and advise us on current legislation in relation to health and safety. We have employer’s liability cover of £10,000,000 and public liability cover of £5,000,000 on all of our sites.

Our portfolio of work is growing, and we aim to continually improve and deliver the highest standard of work on all our projects. We will stay true to our core values and reinforce to our clients that their much loved buildings are in safe hands.

With a hands on approach, all of our clients benefit from having at least one of our directors involved with their projects, ensuring excellent quality assurance and continually building trust in what Heritage stands for.

OUR VALUES
